According to <Investigation and analysis of the dairy feed mycotoxin the infection situation> (Ma Meirong) reported: A random sample of 3 different scale dairy feed 32 raw materials and ingredients, use imported ELISA kit for detection of aflatoxins, zearalenone, ochratoxin and vomitoxin etc 4 kinds of common mycotoxin content. The results show that inspection rate of inspected 4 kinds of mycotoxins in all samples is 100%, and contained 2~3 kinds of mycotoxins. Among them, in addition to the meal, alfalfa hay, rice straw, bean curd residue, in almost all the samples of feed zearalenon content exceeded, silage corn exceeding 4 times, the zearalanone content of TMR feed exceeded more than 2 times;

Ochratoxin, ZEN content of Corn by-products GGDS exceed the standard seriously, DON trace or small exceed the standard; Aflatoxins have exceed the standard in the corn silage, straw, bean curd residue, accounting for the total sample of 15.63%.

Hazards of mycotoxins

1、reduce feed nutrition and food intake

Feed mould can change nutrition material ( such as Vitamin, amino acid) content and reduce energy; forage, silage corn contaminated by mould exudes an unpleasant smell, greatly reduced the dry matter intake of dairy cows; some mycotoxins can interfere with normal metabolism of nutrients, such as synthetic T-2 can inhibit the protein toxin.
2、Damage cow reproductive system function, cause reproductive disorders

The confirmed reason on HBSwas not clear, but the detection rate of Aspergillus fumigatus lesion was 100%, to be sure that Aspergillus fumigatus is a virulence factor for HBS.

If breed diet with T-2 toxin 0.64ppm for cow, keep 20 days, It can cause bovine blood feces, enteritis, ulcer and death.

4、Damage cow immunity system, reduce body resistance

 Breeding cow feed withT-2 toxin will reduce white blood cell and neutrophil cell number.
