As the last booth light faded in Dhaka's twilight, Bangladesh Poultry 2025 drew a warm end to the warm wind. Over the past three days, the sound of conversation in the exhibition hall, the buzz of equipment start-up, and the faint chirp of chicks when they break their shells have turned into a warm current in our hearts.
We remember --
When you bend down to explain the fine sweat of the forehead, in the blue light of the breeding equipment screen flickering into stars;
During the technician's demonstration, the breathless faces of the onlookers looked like rice paddies waiting for dawn.
The clasped hands in front of the signing table cast firm overlapping silhouettes on the contract paper;
There are those squatting in front of the chicken incubator children, clear eyes reflect, is the whole industry endless future.
There have been more than 100 sincere handshakes and intelligent collisions in the aisles between the booths, but we cherish the temperature beyond those numbers:
The trust that rises in the pot of mint tea that Bangladeshi exhibitors share with local farmers,
The knowing smile of Chinese engineers as they use stick figures to overcome language barriers.
This is not the end, but the platform where millions of seeds start. The automated feeding system you bring with you will be running in the morning light in Chittagong, the knowledge you teach about disease control will be drifting down the Brahmaputra River, and every hand you shake will give birth to new possibilities one morning.
With the humid sea breeze of the Bay of Bengal as a messenger, I would like to send this gratitude to every booth, every hand stained with the scent of feed, and every heart that is moving for the development of the industry. This time next year, when the monsoon winds blow through the jute fields again, we will still be here, waiting to see how the hope you planted grows in this hot land.
